Canyon Adventures adopt a risk management policy aimed at minimizing risks. By their very nature, the outdoor activities offered by Canyon Adventures can never be considered 100% safe, as there always remains a part of risk (personal, environmental, factual) that cannot be completely excluded. The customer therefore agrees to practice the aforementioned activities “as they are”, aware of the risks involved.
It is therefore not possible for Canyon Adventures to provide any guarantee or assume any liability resulting from the performance of such activities, even if carried out for the benefit of minors or disabled people. For minors, acceptance of the conditions and assessment of psycho-physical suitability to participate in the activities is the responsibility of the parent or legal guardian.

Caving
Canyon Adventures organizes cave tours, which involve walking through caves, climbing small sections, with narrow passages to be faced by crawling or squeezing. The risks are therefore those of mountaineering and climbing activities in general, as well as those of the underground world. Canyon Adventures provides all the necessary technical equipment.
The duration of the caving excursions to the general public by Canyon Adventures ranges from 2 to 4 hours in the cave, with the travel of access paths of various steepness and exposure. In general, good physical condition is required and not to suffer from vertigo or claustrophobia. Furthermore, there may be limitations for very robust people, due to the narrow passages.
The following personal equipment is provided by the organization for cave excursions:
- harness
- helmet
- head light
- protections
Each participant is required to bring the following personal items:
- sports shoes
- comfortable clothes that can get dirty (we recommend long trousers).
- sweatshirt or light windbreaker (the temperature in the cave is around 15 degrees)
- water bottle
- spare clothes
- plastic bag for storing wet clothes
Risk policy for potential dangerous sport activity
It is compulsory for every participant to use the complete equipment provided by the organization during the whole length of the tour. Every participant must follow the instructions given by the guides, avoiding any personal initiative and cooperating when requested. The guides are entitled to postpone, suspend or change the excursions in case of bad weather or any other situation threatening the safety of the participants. The guides are also free to decide about any participants’ fitness. During the transfer in the Canyon Adventures’ coaches you must fasten your seat-belts. Canyon Adventures won’t be held responsible for fines. Both approach and descent in the cave are done by every participant independently under his own control and responsibility.
THE USER/PARTICIPANT DECLARES TO ACKNOWLEDGE AND BE AWARE OF THE FOLLOWING:
